I started my ePortfolio during my first semester as an art student at Salt Lake Community College (Fall 2010) with the intention of updating it with my art projects that I feel are worthy of your attention.  Here you will also find information about my short-term and long-term goals, education, work experience, and hobbies, as well as my professional résumé (on "My Goals" page).

About Me

I am currently a student in the Visual Art & Design program at Salt Lake Community College, pursuing an AAS degree with a Design emphasis.  I received my BS degree in Mathematics at the University of Utah in 2009 but soon after realized that the career paths in math I had once considered no longer appealed to me.  I love drawing, painting, and crafts in general, and I’ve always thought I had an eye for detail and organization, but did not have any formal training to hone these skills.  A career in graphic design is my ultimate goal, as it combines the creative senses I hope to master.
